  • Core user flows (AI, onboarding, hiring)

I led the transformation of Averi from a marketplace into an AI-native system by designing collaborative workflows, building a scalable design system, and iterating on core user flows like onboarding and hiring. Shifting from rigid interactions to hybrid human-AI systems improved engagement, trust, and flexibility.

Problems

1. Fragmented Value Proposition

  • No clear strategic layer
  • No integrated content creation
  • Limited differentiation from competitors

2. Low Activation & Drop-off

  • Users dropped off during onboarding
  • Many never reached the marketing plan

3. Trust & Reliability Issues

  • Experts missed deadlines
  • Weak communication systems

4. Rigid Hiring Experience

  • Early AI recommendations lacked flexibility
  • Users couldn’t explore or refine results effectively

Solutions

  • Reduced onboarding steps
  • Introduced post-onboarding guidance via sidebar notifications
  • Added reminders for skipped steps
  • Expanded features related to reminders and meetings
  • Made hiring more simple and possible before signup
