I led the transformation of Averi from a marketplace into an AI-native system by designing collaborative workflows, building a scalable design system, and iterating on core flows like onboarding and hiring. I introduced hybrid human-AI systems that improved engagement, trust, and flexibility.

  • Many never reached the marketing plan

3. Trust & Reliability Issues

  • Experts missed deadlines
  • Weak communication systems

4. Rigid Hiring Experience

  • Early AI recommendations lacked flexibility
  • Users couldn’t explore or refine results effectively
